Automatic Screenshotter

Automatic Screenshotter is a lightweight application that periodically takes snapshots of the entire desktop or active windows in order to monitor system activity and track user actions. The utility is easy to set up, sits discreetly in the system tray, and saves screenshots at specified intervals and in a specified folder.
