Drop Zone is a program with which you can add a special area, or several, to your Windows Desktop to quickly copy files. The area is linked to a specific folder on your hard drive, and when you drag and drop files into the area, they are immediately copied to the folder. The appearance of the area can be customized.
Drop Zone allows you to give each area a name to make it easier to find out what to copy, to anchor it on top of other windows so that it is always at hand, and a number of other settings.
