It works if you restart the computer, but when you turn it off and on again it doesn't work

On a laptop with Win 7-64 it worked! For those who do not - do not forget that the file must be in wav, and preferably placed in the Windows > Media folder.

And it doesn't work on Windows 7... I press to select my melody, but it still plays the old sound to me...The woman's voice, that stupid greeting...it's so fucking annoying already...
