IconTo is a program for quickly and easily changing the icon view of folders, disk partitions and file types to whatever you specify (ICO, CUR, ICL, PNG, JPG or from DLL, EXE resources, etc.) in the Windows family of operating systems. For quicker access to your favorite icons, IconTo contains a small list of Windows system resources where the icons are located. Also, the program has a built-in icons, consisting of different styles and suitable for different operating systems, the number of which exceeds 300 pieces.
Also, the program can extract the icons from the resources and save them individually in ICO format, or the entire group of icons in ICL format.
The program has a simple and clear interface with the ability to change the program style, which consists of more than 50 styles and change the program language. So that the user is not confused in his actions, the program has a step by step guide, which gives tips on what to do.
