ePochta Verifier - this program will help you avoid sending messages to non-existent email addresses. The list of recipients can be imported into this program from other ePochta applications, a text file or the Windows clipboard. After that, all you have to do is to click on the "Check" button to get the result. The program uses three methods of checking email addresses for correctness, which makes these operations as fast and high-quality as possible. All procedures are performed in multi-threaded mode and use all the capabilities of the Internet channel.
The first stage of checking an email address is its syntactic analysis, during which addresses that do not conform to the standard are removed from the list. For example, such addresses as ann#mail.ru, john!@$mail.com and so on will be removed.
The second step is to check the existence of the recipient's domain name. Thus, if there is no domain, the email address obviously does not exist. Therefore, it is not allowed to the third stage of verification. If the recipient's address [email protected], and domain mail.ru exists, it makes sense to check the existence of a particular address in the domain.
The third stage is the most thorough check of the email address, which only allows addresses that have passed the previous two stages. During it, the program looks for the corresponding domain SMTP-server and checks the existence of the user. Thus, from the list of e-mail addresses remain only those that actually exist. The result can be exported to other programs in the ePochta family, Microsoft Office applications, or the Windows clipboard.
