Exiland Backup Standard

Exiland Backup is a simple and easy-to-use file backup and folder synchronization program. You can instruct the program to automatically back up the most important files that you use frequently. There is a free version of Exiland Backup Free.

The main features are:

• Automatic scheduled backups;
• Backup types: full, Incremental, Differential (only changed files);
• Synchronization of files via network, FTP;
• Backing up data from local, network disks or FTP servers;
• Saving backups on any media: hard drives, external HDDs, on a local network or on remote FTP servers;
• Automatic backup copying to any number of locations for increased reliability;
• Sending backup copies (zip-archive) as an E-mail attachment along with the report;
• Possibility to limit the number of backups (old archives are deleted automatically);
• Choice of files to be backed up by masks, attributes, possibility to specify the list of subfolders to be excluded;
• Option to compress data to ZIP, choose compression ratio, set password on ZIP-archives, encryption, subdivision of archives into volumes;
• Support for ZIP archives over 2.1GB. If the size exceeds 2.1 Gb, it is created in Zip64 format;
• Launching backup jobs both by schedule and at PC power on/off, when a removable device is connected, or from the command line.
• Flexible setting of the schedule for each job;
• Conditional execution of tasks (optional):
  • if the specified file/folder exists/is absent;
  • if a computer on local network or Internet host is available;
  • if the specified application is loaded/not loaded in memory.
• Running external applications before and after the job is executed;
• Viewing backups created; restoring files from archives;
• Keeping and viewing the log of task execution;
• Sending notification about task completion via e-mail, cell phone, local network (Net Send) or displaying a message on the screen.
