Ezvid

Ezvid is a free program that lets you create gameplay, tutorial, demo, and other types of videos. It lets you record everything that happens on your computer screen. Ezvid also includes a simple video editor so you can process the video you have recorded.

With it, you can capture all or part of the screen and record video up to 45 minutes in high resolution. In parallel with the video you can also record audio from the microphone, which allows you to create videos with your own comments.
