File Access Scheduler - this program is a firewall that offers the user a level of access control for Windows 9x/Me. Internet Access Scheduler allows you to control which users can access what TCP / IP protocols (HTTP, FTP, SMTP, POP3, Telnet, etc.) on the local computer, depending on time of day and day of week. You can also set allowed / denied TCP / UDP ports and IP addresses for incoming and outgoing connections.
