I use the program AnVir Task Manager for indicating the load of the hard drive, there is a portable version to boot, plus it shows what application is eating the drive

Yes, the program itself is clean, that's true. But it makes you download some obscure software from the internet when installing it (see my review above), which you cannot get rid of. That's what's so awful...

Do not download it under any circumstances! This scum carries with it a whole bunch of programs to configure and optimize the system, and they are installed even against the user's wishes! The antivirus raised the alarm, but the downloading and installation continued anyway. Each of these fucking programs had its own uninstaller, but nothing could be uninstalled with it. The only thing that helped was uninstalling with Windows Programs and Components. But that's not all. These same optimizers are embedded in all browsers, and offer to search the Internet using some search engine, which I see for the first time... Rolled the system back, but that didn't quite help. For example, Skype has broken down, and what else is waiting to happen, I don't know. I will have to reinstall the system completely...

Checked virustotal.com - not a single trigger out of 49 antiviruses. This rarely happens, usually 1-2 works even for normal programs. https://www.virustotal.com/ru/file/d49a8213d83e56903116591475a83645a7317b82f43567e3de866012a43fcf9d/analysis/1387084419/
