Gomoku is a program that plays tic-tac-toe on an infinite field. The real size of the field is a square 19*19, the first move is given to the person. The program plays quite strongly, but it is quite possible to win from it, although it is difficult. Creation history and a Win32 version are on the author's site. Also on the author's site you can download the source code of this program, but knowing the algorithm does not affect the outcome of the game...
