HexCmp is a program that combines the functions of a binary comparison application and a handy HEX editor.
The program helps you compare files in binary format, and at the same time, works as an editor that changes and modifies your files. The comparison is done on the fly while the files are scrolled down. Interesting features are the ability to color highlight; synchronous scrolling; and an information panel that shows file information in various formats.
HexCmp allows you to shift the contents of files relative to each other left and right, up and down, copy from one file to another. HexCmp supports files up to 4 GB in size! You can manage different blocks or files, choose which parts of the files you want to compare (just by swiping the file), set your own color scheme, use Undo, Redo and Search functions. Besides hex format the program can also compare files in text format. The search string can be set in both formats, if desired. A hotkey can be set for any command. You can work with HexCmp using only the keyboard.
