Crafty screen shooter

Snipping Tool is a useful program. When designing the interface, I was guided by the program "Snipping Tool", which is part of the operating system Microsoft Windows 7. "The Snipping Tool suited me fine in principle, but it often lacked the pixelation feature (distortion of individual fragments of the image). Every now and then I had to either use Photoshop, or to blur the excess with a pencil. Now I have everything at my fingertips.

Program Features

• Capturing an area of the screen in one of three modes: arbitrary shape, rectangle, full screen.
• Drawing tools: pen, marker, area distortion (pixelization), eraser.
• Sending pictures to the server FoxTools or ZzWeb.
• Saving images in graphics formats: PNG, JPG (JPEG) and GIF.
• Multilingual interface.

System requirements

• Microsoft Windows XP, Vista, Seven (7) or higher.
• NET Framework 3.5 or later.
• At least 128 Mb of RAM.
• Internet connection (for sending pictures to the network).

The program is open source (Visual Basic .NET) and is licensed under the GNU GPLv3 license.
