Icecast is a server program for streaming digital audio. Icecast can stream digital audio in various formats such as Ogg Vorbis, MP3, Theora, AAC, AAC+, and NSV. Transmission is either via the standard HTTP protocol or via SHOUTcast. Icecast supports tags in UTF-8, which allows you to organize broadcasting with the Russian annotation.
