Kaspersky Safe Kids is a program that uses time-tested Kaspersky Lab technologies to protect your children from unwanted and dangerous content on the Internet. The program filters and blocks potentially dangerous websites, keeping young users safe.
The program is easy to set up. A step-by-step wizard walks you through the installation and configuration steps, it only takes a few minutes. A separate profile is created for your child and linked to the parent's account.
When your child enters his or her profile, Kaspersky Safe Kids shows a notification in the system tray, next to the clock, informing you of the restrictions imposed. For protection purposes, entering the correct username and password is required to enter the program settings.
The program integrates a safe search module that removes any results related to pornography or other undesirable topics from search results. Protection rules can be configured through a parent account. In addition, the account can see a report of the child's online activity.
