Logisim is a tool that allows you to design and simulate digital electrical circuits using a graphical user interface.
Circuits are designed in Logisim with a graphical interface similar to traditional drawing programs, an interface found in many other circuit modeling programs. Unlike most other programs of this kind, which are comparable to Logisim in complexity, Logisim allows users to edit schematics while they are modeling.
