Mathcad Prime is a computer algebra system from the computer-aided design class, focused on preparing interactive documents with calculations and visual support.
Mathcad has an intuitive and easy-to-use user interface. To enter formulas and data, both the keyboard and special toolbars can be used.
Work is done within a worksheet, on which equations and expressions are displayed graphically, as opposed to textual entries in programming languages. When creating application documents, the WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) principle is used.
