mTube is a standalone Windows application in which you can watch ad-free YouTube videos. Copy the direct link to the video page into the program to start watching and search for videos by title.
This program is a simple video player. It offers a minimal set of functions to control playback, allows you to watch videos in full screen mode. There is also a choice of video quality, and in the menu "Video" you can select the desired resolution in which the video will run (if that resolution is supported by the video).
To start watching just copy the direct link to the video into the program or use the built-in search function. It works properly, although it is a bit slow. Any video plays without any problems. And most importantly - no ads. So if you're tired of advertising inserts in videos, but you don't want to make a paid subscription, you can safely download MediaTube to your computer.
