Description

It is an open-source multiprotocol IM client developed for Windows and intended for exchanging text messages with other users. Miranda IM program supports a large number of protocols and has very flexible settings.

Miranda IM works quickly, is not demanding to resources and occupies very small disk space. At the same time, it has a wide set of possibilities and flexible settings. Miranda IM functionality as well as the number of supported protocols can be increased by plugins. There are over 350 plugins in the repository at the moment. Also, you can change the look of the program beyond recognition by using plugins.

Miranda IM makes it easy to communicate across different protocols. It shows all contacts in a single list and lets you easily correspond with other users. The program also supports multi-user mode. This means that several people can create their own profiles with their own set of protocols and use it together.

Yurts is jammed :) Why, if it's so good, don't nobody download it? :) Although there are advantages over the classic ICQ - it is small in size, pretty fast, easy, finely tuned, and most importantly, it is distributed with the source code, which makes it even more finely tuned.
