Monitask is a program for monitoring and documenting work time and user activity in an organization. It will help to keep track of what an employee is doing during working hours at the computer without violating his personal space.
With the help of this program managers will be able to evaluate objectively the productivity of employees, collecting information about their activity which will be automatically issued as a clear report with all the necessary information.
Monitask works on a client-server principle. The manager registers an account and then sends invites to the employees. Having installed the application on a computer and having accepted the invite, an employee can work as usual, while the application will record the working time, collect statistics on the applications used, as well as periodically take screen shots to confirm the work activity.
The app will then generate a visual report that reflects the number of working hours per day, week, and month, a chart of the apps used, and a set of screenshots. This approach will be especially useful for hourly paid employees and remote workers/freelancers.
The program also allows managers to assign employees to projects and monitor task completion.
