Vovsoft Health Break is a program for workaholics and all those who are too enthusiastic about work and forget to take breaks.
The program is a timer that reminds you to take a break, to give your eyes a rest and do a little warming up. It works according to the Pomodoro technique, alternating work and rest with timers. One timer counts work time, the second counts rest time. The timers are set for any comfortable time, At the end of the counting Vovsoft Health Break will display a notification on the screen and give a sound signal.
In addition, the program registers mouse/keyboard activity. Therefore, when you start working after a rest, the program will automatically start the work timer and you will not have to refer to it every time.
