MP3 Quality Modifier

MP3 Quality Modifier is a small and easy-to-use program with which you can modify the quality of MP3 files. It allows you to process any number of files in batch mode. At the same time, MP3 Quality Modifier preserves the ID3 tags of the files and the folder structure.

With the MP3 Quality Modifier you can change the audio mode (stereo, joint stereo, mono or dual), frequency and bitrate of the audio file. After performing all the operations, the program will provide a report for each file showing the original and new file sizes. When processing MP3 files, the MP3 Quality Modifier saves all tags of the MP3 file. It can also delete original files, replace them with new ones, save new files to another folder.
