NeeView is a free picture viewer for Windows.

Picture Viewer without the hassle

The viewer has a pleasant to the eye interface for comfortable viewing of images. Pictures can be viewed in normal mode, like any other program in this category, or in book mode. In this mode, images are displayed as pages of a book - handy for reading comics/manga, for example.

NeeView is not only limited to viewing pictures. It also has a set of effects that can be applied to the image and a resizing tool. Supported resizing algorithms are Linear, Quadratic, Mitchell, Cubic, Lanczos or Average.

In addition, the program shows you general information about the graphic file. This information includes the file name, resolution, creation date, ISO, the device model from which the image was acquired, etc.
