Description

NeoDic is a dictionary with contextual translation. Context translation allows you to translate an unfamiliar word or phrase simply by putting the mouse cursor over it. This type of translation is very useful when reading the Internet, reading the help system, chatting and typesetting.

NeoDic has the following features, among others

Allows you to browse dictionaries of different formats and in all languages;
It has a large number of options that allow you to customize the application for every taste:
The ability to assign "hotkeys" for comfortable control of the program;
change the event when you click the left and right mouse button on the icon in the notification area;
change the delay before a tooltip appears;
show hints only when holding a specified key;
change the shape of hints (rectangular or Balloon);
change the location of hints near the cursor as it is convenient for the user;
set a shadow under the hint, as well as the color of its background and text;
Change settings of the window for viewing the dictionary, as well as general options of NeoDic;
Has a full-featured help system;
Works stable under Windows 2000/2003/XP/Vista;

The program is excellent. Many thanks to Oleg Volodin. It is simple, convenient, and of high quality. Well done. Two questions: - Are there any plans for a portable version? - There is a glitch with the Slavic languages (in particular, Czech, Polish)-when contextual translation (by pointing the cursor) the dictionary finds and translates only words in the nominative case. Any declension is taken as a new nominative case. I.e. \"Apple" is there, but "apple" the dictionary doesn't understand. Is there a solution?
