NetBalancer is a handy utility for controlling and monitoring network traffic on a Windows computer. With it you can monitor the traffic consumption of individual applications. It displays a list of all active applications and processes that use the network connection. You can limit download and upload speeds and set priorities for individual applications.

NetBalancer allows you to create rules for each application. With these rules you can schedule Internet access, limit the amount of traffic and much more.
