OkClock is a task scheduler for an unlimited number of tasks. Notifies you about scheduled events, starts and shuts down specified programs and services. Turns off, restarts, "sleeps" and "wakes up" your computer. Can display a text message on the screen, say it aloud, play music or play a system beep, start or stop a program, show a countdown timer before shutting down, or display no warning.
Plays sound files in Wave, Mp3, Midi, Wmf formats. Displays and removes running processes. Sets any periodicity of tasks during the year and by day of the week. Has an original, customizable appearance. Supports changing of language interface. Works with Windows 98, Me, 2k, XP.
