KS Organizer

KS Organizer is a Personal Information Manager class program, including task control, address book, diary calendar and notepad. It is very convenient and easy to use. The program is portable, it can be kept on a flash drive. Data is structured as a tree. Interface language, fonts, colors are customizable. Alarm clock can be set to remind you of a deadline or an upcoming event - a melody or MS Agent character can be selected to notify you.

Notepad features (highlighting links, launching programs by clicking on links) allow you to use it as a file archive, bookmark manager, etc. You can protect your notes from unauthorized people, and you can encrypt either the whole data set or any section. The well-proven BlowFish algorithm is used for encryption. Since it is desirable for the program to function if the time on your computer is set correctly, it includes a function for correcting the time by atomic clocks via the Internet.

The Notepad data (or any section of it) can be exported into XML format. This XML file can then be imported into Notepad, so you can exchange information with other users of the program. Another feature of the program is the ability to include plug-ins.
