PayDox Team

PayDox Team version of PayDox Team is a free fully functional version of PayDox electronic document flow and business process management system, which allows you to work:

- 5 users with advanced rights (Power Users), including system administrator rights, approving rights, approving rights, and order issuing rights;

- An unlimited number of users with public access rights (Public Users) to review the publicly available documents or those addressed to them, to participate in the company's business processes, to work with the corporate file archive, to participate in the corporate discussions, as well as to receive instructions from other employees and receive automatic e-mail notifications about the documents and instructions. Users with public access rights can independently log in to the system and start working immediately.

All basic functions of the system are available, including:

- business process management

- management of collaborative work of employees, tasks and assignments

- Web-access to corporate file archive for viewing documents, photos and videos

- electronic coordination, approval and control over document execution, creation of resolutions, familiarization of employees with documents, automatic e-mail notifications and document distribution

- incoming and outgoing document processing and resolution management

- management of contracts, work order, payment documents, maintenance of the entire history of work with documents, scheduling

- integration with corporate applications

- creation of any reporting, use of simple standard tools for setting up new types of documents

- Secure communication with remote business units via web-browser, e-mail and SMS

- support of geographically distributed document flow for large holding and multi-branch structures

- Customer and Contractor Relationship Management (CRM)

Get to work right now!

- Download the PayDox Team version from the paydox.ru website and install it

- Before installation make sure that you have Microsoft IIS (Internet Information Services, a standard Windows component, which is required for PayDox Group) installed on your computer.

- Start the system by clicking on the PayDox icon on your desktop
