ServiceMP is a universal program for automating a service center, store. Intuitive and friendly interface. The program uses ADO (*.mdb tables).With the program is already filled with brands and spare parts base, as well as a clean base. Program Features: Access differentiation with the ability to set privileges. Cash desk: virtual, global, it registers all cash operations in the program with functions (depositing, payment, Z-report), reports.

Workshop: reception of any equipment, automatic identification of the brand by number, import from Excel, receipt, photos from the WEB camera. Operations with equipment, 6 statuses, print report or refusal list, operation log, issuing, warranty card, reports (about 30 kinds), search through the archive and return or reprint documentation, review and repayment of debts on the service center, archive, calculation of wages and salaries. Store: incoming, sales, orders, price tags, stickers, reports, invoices as well as the possibility of return or write-off of goods.

Spare parts: receipt, operations (workshop use or sale), reports (about 10 types), returns, write-offs, orders. Second-hand: purchase, pre-assessment, contract, operations (inspection and rework, final evaluation), sale, warranty, reports (about 15 kinds), archive search and return or reprint documentation, taking apart of machines for parts. Directories: typical failures, customers, IMEI-model, blacklist of devices, suppliers, blacklist of customers.

Price list: viewing, printing, import to the price list from the store or Excel, currency converter, auto margin. Additional functions: graphing, analysis of work or demand, database backup, database editor, notes, reminders. All reports in the program can be easily imported in HTML, EXCEL, Open Office. No complicated settings are required (install and run). It is possible to work in a local network.
