2SOKRAT. After unpacking the archive and running the file fxd.chm, you should see a two-window interface. There are over a thousand words in the left window. Clicking on any of them opens an article in the right main window. You need Microsoft Internet Explorer v.3.0 or higher to read .chm files, recommended v.4.0 or higher, and 8 MB of free disk space. If you have Windows 95, Internet Explorer version 3, and the .chm files are not readable, you need to download the DCOM95 v.1.3 component for Windows 95 from http://www.microsoft.com/cominfo/dcom95/. Good luck.
