Works well on scanned paper documents, effectively compressing them for later storage and forwarding, visually improving the image quality of the document. The program allows to create electronic color copies in PDF/A format (ISO standard, specially designed for long-term storage of electronic documents), achieving an average compression ratio of 10-20 times compared to JPEG, preserving (and sometimes improving) the information component of the document.
