Source Code Scanners v4.0 Std for Delphi 5 Source Code Scanners is a high-performance library of visual components for C++ Builder and Delphi, designed for building source code analyzers and parsers. The library includes components for C++, Object Pascal (Delphi), PHP, HTML, CSS1 and C++ preprocessor lexers, and also contains a full set of base classes, which provides the ability to build lexers and parsers for any other language. Source Code Scanners components can be used to build applications that require source code analysis (help file tools, expression calculators, source code writers, interpreters, compilers, etc.) Lexers use DCAs (Deterministic Finite Automata) to find tokens in the input stream of characters. VKAs are defined by a set of regular expressions written into the source code and are created at runtime. More than one DKA (lexical class, lexical tree) can be defined. Actions related to regular expressions can switch lexical classes. The TLexTree class supports converting a set of regular expressions into an array of DKAs. Source Code Scanners also provides classes that support working with command line options, calculating constant expressions, etc. The full source code of the library is available in the Professional distribution.
