StaffCounter

StaffCounter is a standard computer user activity monitor, keeping track of an employee's activities with the help of the program. StaffCounter keeps you informed about what an employee does on his computer during the day. For example, these are visits to websites, work in programs and applications, Skype correspondence. Computer usage statistics are collected by the agent and transmitted every 10 minutes to a cloud server, where they are stored for 1 month.

What is the usefulness of such a control for the manager:

• Accounting for discipline in the workplace
• Control over fulfillment of official duties
• Analysis of an employee's activity on a PC for any day of the past month.
• The ability to find out what the employee was working on 10 minutes ago.

The supervisor can perform a check using the Internet at any time.

Monitoring functions:

1. Temporal analysis of site visits and work in applications. StaffCounter shows what sites the employee visited, what programs and applications he worked with. Besides, the report contains time of start of work in corresponding programs and sites as well as duration of their use.
2. Working day timekeeping and discipline accounting. The program records the time of the actual beginning and end of work on the computer during the day, as well as the beginning and end of breaks. At the end of the day, you can see an objective picture of the day, based on two parameters: how much time the user worked at his computer during the day, and how many breaks he worked during the day.
3. Skype monitoring. The same parameters as for applications and programs are valid for Skype as it is a messenger. The report on Skype gathers both the total duration of use and the exact start and end times of use.

StaffCounter also offers additional analytics for Skype:

• Incoming and outgoing message counts;
• Account of the names of subscribers participating in conversations.
• Water table of activity for all employees
