Stretchly is a simple app that will help you create and stick to a break schedule to keep you productive throughout the day. This app suggests alternating short and long breaks, during which you can rest your eyes, do a couple of exercises, have a coffee, etc.
The program is available in many languages, which are selected at the first start. Russian is also available among others.
The settings of the program are simple and straightforward. You can choose to alternate short and long breaks, or only one of them. The interval between the breaks and the duration of the breaks can be set independently.
During the breaks Stretchly displays a window where the time is counting down. If the break is urgent and inappropriate, you can postpone it by pressing the button at the bottom of the window.
In the settings you can change the appearance of the window, as well as choose a melody of sound alert. There is an option to start with the system.
