SubViewer is a utility for adding and synchronizing subtitles to a video track. It contains a text editor and a built-in Microsoft ActiveX Media Player.
SubViewer uses a text file with a .sub extension to describe subtitle data and timing. Alternating languages or similar things can be enabled by creating a separate .sub file for each case.
