The Cipher is a program for encrypting and decrypting files.

The functions of the program are:

GOST, Blowfish, IDEA, Misty1, Rijndael, Twofish, Cast128, Cast256, RC2, RC5, RC6, DES, TEA encryption and decryption of files by password;
File encryption and decryption by CHR, BIT method using file-key;
Choice of one or more encryption methods;
Creation of separate encrypted file with the extension .cip;
complete deletion of the source file.
