SimCoder

SimCoder is a program that lets you quickly encrypt/decrypt one or more files. The encryption algorithm has a rather low cryptographic strength, but just to protect the file from prying eyes helps, and besides it works quite fast.

Any one takes an integer number 0...2^32 as the encryption key. The same key should be used for decryption. It can encrypt/decrypt a file right on the spot, replacing its contents or copy the encrypted/decrypted file to another location. This can be useful, for example, for copying a file from a CD with simultaneous decryption. In this case, if the key is 0, the file is copied as is, without encryption, with unreadable places in the file being skipped (filled with zeros). This approach can be used for incomplete copying of unreadable files. It has a very small size, since it is written in KOL.
