UNCLONER is a program for searching for identical files. File names and extensions do not matter when searching, only the file contents are analyzed.
The peculiarity of this program is its cross-platform nature. It can run on any operating system (Windows, Linux, MacOS, etc.) with Java Runtime Environment (JRE) installed. The search can be restricted by masks and file sizes. The search result is displayed in color highlighted groups of the same files. Identical files found can be deleted or moved to another folder.
There is an option to browse image files among found duplicates. System requirements: Java Runtime Environment version 1.4 or higher is required. Two versions of the distribution are available on the program's website: an installation file for Windows and a JAR-file for other operating systems.
