USB Lockit

USB Lockit is a simple application to protect the data on a USB flash drive. It locks access to it with a password, without which it cannot be opened. This way you protect your data from unauthorized people and in case you lose the device.

Simple and fast flash drive lock

To protect the flash drive, first of all you need to make sure that it is formatted in FAT32. Next, you just need to copy the application files to the root of the flash drive and run it. For maximum protection, do not put the executable file in folders.

After launching the application, you will be greeted by a red colored interface. It means that the device is not protected. Set a six-digit password to activate protection. Once the password is set, the device status will change to "LOCKED", which you can see in Windows Explorer. If you open a locked flash drive, you will not see anything there except the USB Lockit file. To unlock a device, run the application and enter the previously set password.
