Password Protect USB is a program with which you can protect an unlimited number of folders with your personal password. You do not need to move all your documents to a special folder. The program allows you to set a password on any folder. The first time you need to start the program. Afterwards, you can just right-click on the folder in Windows Explorer and select Lock With Password Protect USB from the menu.
You can protect folders on your hard drive as well as on any external drives, including USB. If you install the program on an external drive, you can protect/unprotect folders on any computer to which your drive is connected. To remove protection, you do not need to run the program. Just double-click on the folder in Windows Explorer and enter the password.
