Masker

Masker is a data protection program that uses steganography, which hides encrypted data in seemingly harmless files such as graphics (bmp, gif, jpg, tif), music (wav, mid, snd, mp3), video (avi, mov, mpg), while keeping the files in which the encrypted data is hidden fully functional. For example, a picture with confidential data hidden inside it will look almost identical to one with no encrypted data, except larger in size. Data encrypted in this way can not only be stored on one's computer, but can also be sent as an attachment to an e-mail - even if it is intercepted, it will only show, for example, a picture of a beautiful landscape.
