Wake-On-LAN Proxy Server is a Windows application that helps network administrators organize the reception and transmission of so-called "magic packet" data to wake up remote computers over the network.
This application is designed to protect the network from unnecessary "magic packets", transfer traffic between subnets and reduce the load on the network infrastructure between subnets. Wake-On-LAN Proxy Server works as a UDP proxy for these packets that filters and modifies incoming data packets and redirects them to other network addresses. There are two modes of operation - as a system service or as a boot process. IPv4 and IPv6 addresses are supported.
The application works on Windows 2000, XP, 2003, Vista, 7, 2008, 8, 10. It is compatible both with 32-bit and 64-bit versions of OS. It doesn't require the Net Framework to be installed.
