Windows Draw is a drawing program for Windows. The main feature of Windows Draw is the huge selection of colors available. More precisely, there are only three colors: red, green and blue (RGB), but you can adjust the corresponding sliders to create the color you want. The program's interface can't be called user-friendly and the controls can't be called intuitive.
On the other hand, drawing and all work with the program is controlled with hot keys, which is often much more convenient than using a mouse. Detailed information can be found in the Readme file, which is in the program's archive. Besides, Windows Draw allows you to use ready shapes when drawing: circle and square.
