AlReader supports most popular e-book formats. You can open books in fb2, fbz, txt, epub (without DRM protection), html, doc, docx, odt, rtf, mobi (without DRM protection), prc (PalmDoc), tcr. Also, the program has support for ZIP and GZ archives.

The application has support for Text-to-Speech technology. In this case, during the call TTS will be automatically stopped.

AlReader has support for local and network libraries (OPDS). Choose books by author, series, title, genre, year of publication, language of the work and many other attributes.

Operation of the program is very easy, thanks to 9 tap zones for assigning actions with short and long taps, as well as various gestures.

You can also fix the screen rotation for more comfortable reading, set bookmarks in the text and create shortcuts to quickly go to the desired book, right on the screen of your device, as well as hold screen backlighting for up to 20 minutes. Also, the reading position will be synchronized with your other devices over the network.
