Android Market will become unavailable for gadgets running Android 2.1 and below at the end of the month

According to Google representatives, the Android Market application store, familiar to all owners of the first smartphones running Android, will be closed in the near future.Recall that Android Market is the predecessor of Google Play and is still used on smartphones with Android version 2.1 or lower. The app store will be shut down as early as June 30 this year. After that, users of outdated devices will have to install programs, downloading them from other sources. It is worth adding that users will not be notified about the disconnection of the application store. The Android Market application will simply be blocked without any notification on the gadget.
