It's been a long time since 2016. It seemed that ASUS had forgotten about this device. However, the product has gained fans. Their interest prompted the developers to update the VivoStick TS10.

About a full-fledged successor we are not talking about. Before us is only an improved version of VivoStick TS10. The model is designated as TS10-B174D and is ahead of its predecessor in characteristics.

However, the number of differences is minimal. ASUS has doubled the amount of RAM and flash memory. Buyers will get 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage. The regular VivoStick TS10 is worse.

Also worth noting is the availability of Windows 10 Pro. The original could only boast a home edition of the OS. Now "out of the box" the professional edition is installed. It offers support for Active Directory and Microsoft Update for business.

Everything else remains the same. The TS10-B174D is equipped with an Intel Atom x5-Z8350 (Cherry Trail generation) processor. The chip has 4 cores clocked up to 1.92 GHz. Built-in graphics is suitable for movies and running casual games.

The connectors are worth special attention. Power is supplied via Micro-USB. Monitors and TV are connected via HDMI 1.4. There are also two ports available: USB Type-A 2.0 and USB Type-A 3.0.

How are things going with the wireless interfaces? ASUS didn't skimp on Bluetooth 4.1 and Wi-Fi IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n/ac. The TS10-B174D can easily handle streaming video.

The wonder of technology weighs 75 g. The dimensions are as follows: 135 x 36 x 16.5 mm. First sales will start in Japan. No information about other countries. The price will be announced later.
