Last year it became known that Facebook was launching a special Messenger for children. However, back then it was only about the iOS version of the application. Now, the Android version has been released.
Like the iOS version of the messenger, the program is designed for children under 13 years. It differs from the usual version of Messenger with more colorful and simple interface, and allows the use of many cool stickers and frames. Using this app, children will be able to communicate with their parents and friends both in convenient chats and through group video calls.
Parents will reportedly appear in the child's contact list automatically. They will also be able to view the list of contacts at any time and clean it up using their own Facebook accounts. In addition, only users who have been approved by the parents will be able to send a message to the child.
