Huawei launched its own app store

06 April 2018
Huawei announced the launch of its own app store around the world. It was named AppGallery and will be pre-installed on all P20 and P20 Pro smartphones. The new app store can also be independently installed on any Huawei and Honor smartphones. You can do this by downloading it from a special website. Of course, the user will need to allow the installation of applications from unknown sources on the mobile device. The AppGallery has five categories: Featured, Category, Top, Manager and Me. The latter is designed to store user settings and preferences. Interestingly, despite the fact that the bulk of the applications in this store are designed for the Asian market, in the AppGallery you can still find quite a few applications from Google Play. The developers argue that if you remove the app store, all installed with its help programs will remain on the gadget. Despite the fact that Huawei has announced the international launch of the AppGallery, in some regions it is not yet available. All those who have encountered the inability to install the new app store, it is recommended to wait a little.
