Despite the discovery of a vulnerability in AirDroid that allowed malicious APKs to be sent to users' devices, the service is still one of the most popular solutions for managing Android gadgets from a computer. Now, the developers from Sand Studio have released another update to the program's PC client, in which a handy file manager has become available to users.

Thanks to the new feature, with AirDroid, you can view any files from your Android-gadget at any time, as if they were in the PC memory. In addition, it is now easier to transfer data from one device to another. The thing is that the program version numbered 3.5.0.0 has implemented drag-and-drop support for copying files.

Using the new version of the program, you can not only get remote access to the internal storage of your Android device, but also get instant access to all the images saved on your gadget. To do this, just select the "Pictures" item. After that, AirDroid will display all the folders on your smartphone or tablet that contain photos.

The new features are already available to everyone. To try them out, you need to install AirDroid version 3.5.0.0 on your computer.
