"People's" flagship Poco X2 presented officially

The Poco F1 made a splash in its day. Xiaomi managed to create a truly affordable flagship. For $285, it offered a 6-inch IPS display, a Snapdragon 845 processor, and 6GB of RAM. It also had a dual rear camera. Not bad for 2018.

Now the company has surprised once again. The successor to the Poco F1 has been announced. It is called Poco X2 and pleases with characteristics. The device even became cheaper than its predecessor (at the time of launch).

The Poco X2 has an interesting screen. Its refresh rate is 120 Hz. Not everyone has it. The diagonal is 6.67 inches, the resolution is 2400 by 1080 pixels.

Special mention should be made of the support of HDR 10. You won't have to complain about poor image quality. The front panel is protected from scratches by tempered glass Gorilla Glass 5.

There are two lenses for selfies (20 MP + 2 MP). They are located in the upper right corner. The modules are hidden in an oval cutout. You can not worry about the quality of self-portraits.

However, the rear sensors are better. There are four of them (64 MP + 8 MP + 2 MP + 2 MP). They are capable of recording 4K video at 30 fps. A real gift for fans of mobile photography.

As for performance, it is at the level. Adequate performance is provided by the 8-core chip Snapdragon 730G. The platform runs at clock speeds up to 2.2 GHz.

There are three colors of the case - red, magenta and blue. In the role of the OS acts proprietary firmware MIUI 11. It is based on the "fresh" Android 10.

If we talk about memory, it depends on the package. The basic version is equipped with 6GB of RAM and a flash drive with a capacity of 64GB. It costs $224.

The top version has 8GB of RAM. There is 256 GB of storage space for your files. For this build they are asking $279. The Poco X2 will arrive at Indian online stores on February 11. Whether the phone will appear in other countries is unknown.
