The Periscope Android app now has multi-window support

After Twitter announced support for video broadcasts, many began to fear for the future of Periscope, the need for which has been questioned. Nevertheless, the service still continues to please its users and even gets support for more and more new features.

One of the main innovations, which got Periscope for Android, will be especially useful for those who seek, like Julius Caesar, to do several things at once. Watching broadcasts from all over the world and at the same time communicate in messengers, or work in other applications installed on the mobile device will be possible, thanks to the introduction of multi-window mode support. This means that now "Periscope" can be opened not in full screen, but only a part of it, leaving room for other programs.

On the other hand, this feature is only available to a relatively small circle of users who are lucky owners of gadgets running Android Nougat (7.0 and above). Owners of supported mobile devices can already try out the new feature in practice, while everyone else will have to continue to enjoy watching broadcasts and working with other applications one by one.
